Elle commence alors \u00e0 concevoir et produire des syst\u00e8mes de transport sur mesure, ce virage annon\u00e7ant la naissance d\u2019une multinationale prosp\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En 1988, NPM Capital, acquiert la majorit\u00e9 des parts de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9, permettant ainsi \u00e0 Vanderlande d\u2019atteindre ses objectifs \u00e0 long terme et de se d\u00e9velopper \u00e0 l\u2019international.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vanderlande est rachet\u00e9e en 2017 par un partenaire strat\u00e9gique et performant, Toyota Industries Corporation (TICO). Les synergies entre les deux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s recouvrent la vente crois\u00e9e de produits et solutions, la conception de produits innovants, les v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 guidage automatique par exemple, et une d\u00e9marche de recherche et d\u00e9veloppement commune. La convergence strat\u00e9gique des deux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s est forte et la solidit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re de Toyota aidera Vanderlande \u00e0 poursuivre sa croissance durable et rentable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Vanderlande est aujourd\u2019hui pr\u00e9sente sur tous les march\u00e9s en expansion du monde.
